In 2023, I marked 30 years in a career I loved, driving strategic impact across Sales, Marketing, and Merchandising Operations. I had led enterprise sales teams serving global brands, guided $10M+ annual revenue portfolios, and built scalable strategies for rebrands, market expansion, and competitive disruption.
But the most defining part of that journey wasn’t just the growth, it was where it happened.
I spent decades in rooms I wasn’t always expected to be in. Rooms where the stakes were high, the expectations were higher, and the margin for error felt smaller. Those experiences sharpened my ability to lead with clarity, think strategically under pressure, and deliver results that spoke for themselves, long before I was fully seen.
Along the way, I became deeply committed to the part of the work I value most. Developing people, strengthening teams, and helping leaders create alignment where it matters.
And as I connected with more women in leadership, I started to see a pattern that couldn’t be ignored.
